Please inform us of all cancellations immediately. The following conditions will apply (note: conditions are based on hotel/resort's existing policies and are subject to change without prior notice).
Regular Season
Cancellations received not less than 21 working days (including Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations received within 8-20 working days (including Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a (1) one-night stay (per person).
If notification of cancellation is received not less than 7 working days (including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5.5% PLUS one night room rate will be charged.
Peak Season
If notification of cancellation is received 30 working days (including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date. : Full Refund will be given.
If notification of cancellation is received 21-29 working days (including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : Are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a one night stay.
If notification of cancellation is received 15 working days (including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5.5% PLUS 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 15 days notification is non-refundable.
