The resort’s recently refurbished 158 rooms & suites offer a comforting blend of elegance, simplicity and charm in a tropical setting with spectacular views of the garden or ocean from the balconies or terraces.

The 23 spacious Superior rooms, each with its own terrace offering spectacular views of the gardens are complete with granite flooring, modern granite floor bathroom, individually controlled air-conditioning, piped music, satellite television, hairdryer, in-room safe, tea and coffee making facilities, choice of king or twin configuration and fully stocked mini bar.

The 16 deluxe rooms (aptly known as the Paradise room), located on the top floor, are spacious and elegantly designed and feature a bedroom with four-poster bed, bathroom, and balcony with a direct view of the sea. Enhanced facilities and services including separate check in / check out at the floor's exclusive lounge, single digit-dial butler service and other special touches such as a pillow menu and a choice of room fragrances reflects a special charm and elegance of its own. DVD, VCD/CD player, nespresso machine and enhanced toilet amenities are available in all the deluxe rooms and suites.

With interiors that complement rather than compete with the beautiful island setting, each of the four (04) suites has a spacious sitting area with a wet bar and in room dining facilities and bedroom with four-poster bed, DVD, VCD and CD player, nespresso machines and offers views of the Indian Ocean. The suites’ bathrooms feature twin vanities, indoor shower and bathtub and enhanced amenities.

The two (02) Penthouses offer the best view in the hotel, each with a large timber sundeck and separate outdoor shower.

Guest staying in the Paradise rooms and suites can enjoy an afternoon of relaxation at the spa relaxation garden or the use of the spa’s sauna and pool facilities.

A timber deck overlooking the swimming pool at the Chameleon Café's provides an outdoor seating for 50 persons.

Situated on the Bentota River and Beach and offering an array of water sports with professionally trained instructors and assistants and quality equipment. Transfers from the hotel to the Marina and back provided thrice a day. Our dive masters speak English, German, French, Spanish, Flemish and Italian.

Whatever the occasion, the Eden Resort & Spa can arrange anything from a conservative business meeting to an outrageous wedding reception bash. Some of these services require an additional cost; however there is no charge for basic audio/visual equipment.
